RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

The Return and Cancellation Policy described below applies only online purchases made directly through our website LARSSON & BERG.

 

1. CANCELLATIONS:
LARSSON & BERG accepts cancellations on all orders prior to shipment, no delivery fee will be charged but a 10% cancellation fee will apply. If the cancelation is requested after the item(s) has/have been prepared for shipment or has/have been shipped a 20% re-stocking fee will incur and the delivery fee is nonrefundable. Cancelations regarding upholstery orders upholstery fee is nonrefundable. *Should you decide to cancel a RETURN and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

 

2. RETURNS:
Buyer agrees that LARSSON & BERG'S products are not meant to look new and in fact they are design and produced to resemble antiques. The handmade nature of our items implies that they will not be perfect and discrepancies between similar items will occur. Our products go through a patination and distressing process that intentionally promotes cracking, chipping, rusting and flacking in our item and cannot be claimed as defects or damages. LARSSON & BERG reserves the solely right to accept or not claims regarding cracks in wood or changes in the painted surface, grain, texture of wood, and patinas on wood. All claims of this nature will be assessed individually. All claims must be written accompanied by photos and sent to LARSSON & BERG by email within 30 days from date of delivery. After this period and regardless of when such characteristics occur or become noticeable the buyer waives any and all claims for a refund, return or any type of damage claim.

 

2.1 DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
You, your agent or someone you trust must each item at the time the carrier/ delivery company drops off the goods. If you receive an order with notable signs of damage to the packaging, take photos of the damage from a up close and standing back and note them on the B.O.L. that the item arrived with damage to the packaging. Please contact our office immediately to report the damage and send us

copies of carriers' paper work and photos of the damage by email to info@larsson-berg.com. It is extremely important that damages are noted at the time the carrier drops off the goods for us to be able to assist you in making a claim against the carrier or insurer of goods. If damages are not reported then you may have no recourse with the carrier and/or insurer and your claims against them may not be honored. Buyer's failure to inspect and to give notice of any damage at the time of delivery will constitute an implicit acceptance and a waiver of any claims by Buyer, including any claim for a refund, reduction in price, right to return, or claim for damages. Buyer agrees that any damage not mentioned at the time of delivery is considered to have occurred after delivery and due to misuse by the buyer. In case of damage during shipping, LARSSON & BERG will replace or refund damaged item(s). You may accept the item if you feel it is fixable and are willing to have it repaired or you may

refuse the item if you feel it is unfixable and we will replace your item(s) if available, they will be delivered to you free of charge. If a replacement is out of stock, and you do not wish to wait for it to be available we can either issue a credit or give you a full refund to the same payment method as in the original order.

 

2.2 DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED: 

Any defective item(s) or item(s) that is/are different from original order Invoice may be refunded or exchanged: Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection upon have 5 working days to inspect and report the defect/error days to report this. Upon Please contact LARSSON & BERG by email info@larsson-berg.com and indicate the reason for return, either defective or wrong item shipped. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement. Upon inspection, if item(s) is/are considered defective or wrongly shipped, we will replace your item(s) if available, they will be delivered to you free of charge. If a replacement is out of stock, and you do not wish to wait for it to be available we can either issue a credit or give you a full refund to the same payment method

as in the original order.

 

2.3 NO DAMAGES:
If you wish to return your item(s) for reasons other than damage, error or defect you will have (14) days from the date of delivery to do so. Please contact LARSSON & BERG at 0046 734 381 843 or email us info@larsson-berg.com. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all regret returns and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the organization and return shipping costs, we recommend using one of our preferred shippers. All items must be repacked in the original packaging, unused and in undamaged condition. Please note that LARSSON & BERG reserves the right to refuse returns, issue credits or refunds if the item is not returned intact in its original packaging.

 

2.4 EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for reasons other than damage, error or defect you will have (14) days from the date of delivery to do so. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the organization and return shipping costs, we recommend using one of our preferred shippers. All items must be repacked in the original packaging, unused and is in undamaged condition. Please note that LARSSON & BERG reserves the right to refuse exchanges, if the item is not returned intact in its original packaging. Replacements are subject to stock availability and lead times for replacements can range 2-24 weeks.
