Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order.
1. ORDER PLACEMENT:
By placing an order, the buyer accepts implicitly LARSSON & BERG'S terms and conditions. Besides these, the order invoice becomes also a regulatory document regarding both parties' contractual obligations.
1.2 TERMS OF SALE:
Except for backorders, all merchandise must be paid in full at the time of order. Orders placed online will be confirmed at the time of purchase. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 4 days of payment date. You can order Items on backorder via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be notified immediately along with the expected in-stock date for you to approve the waiting time. For back-ordered items, we will collect a 50% deposit upon order date. All payments for backorders must be done through bank transfer/ wire transfer. The balance due and shipping cost will be collected immediately before to your order being shipped.
1.3. PAYMENT & PRICING
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. If you wish to pay via wire transfer or bank transfer please contact us at email@example.com. All prices and products are subject to change without notice. All accounts shall be paid when invoiced and orders must be paid in full, prior to shipment.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:
2.1 SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
We offer standard, threshold delivery of $300 for one chair, $400 for a pair, etc on all orders shipping to the contiguous United States. Please see the full shipping price list HERE. Threshold delivery means to your front door and does not include bringing product indoors or unpacking or assembly. This offer includes only the first delivery attempt. If you cannot be at your home to accept the product you must reschedule before the first attempt. Rescheduling or redelivery fees will be charged by the shipper and will be billed to you directly. A white glove option is available for an additional rate, please contact us by phone at 0046 734 381 843 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. White glove delivery includes in-home delivery, unpacking of the items, placing items in the desired area, and disposing of any trash. Please note, additional fees may apply in case of multilevel homes or if stairs are needed to place your items. White glove shipping does not include assembly of items either. Once your order has arrived in the USA the delivery company will contact you and alert you of the delivery window so you may be present to receive and inspect your items. Please make sure that you are available during your scheduled delivery window. We are not
responsible for any fees incurred for rescheduling or redelivery of items.
2.2 LEAD TIME ORDER LEAD TIME & SCHEDULE:
Lead-time on may vary between 6-12 weeks. Lead times are approximate, subject to change and will be confirmed per order. Buyer will be advised of any changes and/or delays. LARSSON & BERG shall not be liable for failure in performance for any reason beyond LARSSON & BERG'S control. New product lead times may be 24 weeks.
2.3 PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery. An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept It is your responsibility to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct. This is particularly important if you have multiple residences.
2.4 RECEIVING YOUR ORDER & PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE:
Once your item(s) have been delivered, you must fully unwrap and inspect your pieces while the shipper is present. Please check for the following: 1.Correct items have been delivered (please compare to your packing slip or shipping document). Should you receive an incorrect item, please refuse the item at the time of delivery and contact us…or by telephone….within 24hrs to notify us of the error in order for us to send you the correct item. If the original item order is no longer available, a full refund will be given and a 15% discount will be offered for any replacement item. 2.If there are damages to packaging or product, if there are, please note them on the shipper's Bill Of Lading (B.O.L )prior to signing off on the shipment, make a copy of the paperwork noting the damage, take photos of the damage from a up close and standing back and contact our office immediately to report the damage and email copies of the paper work and photos of the damage. You may refuse the items if you feel it is unfixable or you do not want to repair the item. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability and lead times for replacements can range 2-24 weeks. You may accept the item if you feel it is fixable and are willing to have it repaired. 3. If there are no damages and everything is just fine, please sign off on the paperwork that the items have been received in good condition
LARSSON & BERG will not be held liable for late shipment as a result of a strike, fire, natural disaster, government intervention, customs holds or any other causes beyond our control. LARSSON & BERG is not responsible for late delivery due to delays in receipt of COM.
NO LIABILITY FOR DELAY:
Delivery dates & lead times are estimates only and subject to change; LARSSON & BERG will not be liable for loss or damage due to delay or inability to deliver regardless of the reason for the delay or inability to deliver. Under no circumstances shall LARSSON & BERG be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses, or expenses (even if caused by LARSSON &BERG's sole negligence or fault) arising directly or indirectly from delays or failure to give notice of delay or inability to deliver.
